Jeff Umansky, Founder

Exceeding my client’s expectations is the driving force behind my architectural practice.

My career spans more than 30 years, and across this time I have worked on a long list of successful projects in Melbourne, Brisbane, London and throughout Asia. I have been lucky enough to hone my architectural skill-set alongside some of the most respected professionals.

I pride myself on my incredible attention to detail and strong visual aesthetic. My designs are known for delivering exceptional livability, as well as timeless functionality. I relish the opportunity to work with clients to turn their vision into reality.

Specialising in residential and commercial projects, my background in construction and my strong relationship-building skills ensure I am uniquely positioned to deliver positive project outcomes.

Sally Adness, Architect

I am a creative, client-focused project architect with a passion for functional design and a keen eye for even the smallest detail.

My diverse professional experience means I am as comfortable on-site as I am in the office. My comprehensive knowledge around building codes, regulations and legislation is appreciated by clients and builders alike, and helps me play an active role in the seamless delivery of 11 Dimensions projects.

I bring a calm and methodical approach to my role, as well as a positive attitude and a solutions-oriented approach. I love the process of project coordination, and am always focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for 11 Dimensions clients.
